Consular Services that require a personal appearance are currently available in Marseille, on Tuesday and Wednesday, by telephone appointment only, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., except on American and French holidays. Telephone 04.91.54.90.84 to schedule an appointment for the following services: lost or stolen passports, passport applications for minors under age 16, birth registrations and applications for a first passport, and all notarial and authentication services.
